A former state bank becomes a private commercial bank. Our task was to create awareness about the new bank and the successful switch from public-sector to exclusively private-sector shareholders – which is genuinely new territory in the German banking sector and marks the beginning of a new era for the bank. Now as Hamburg Commercial Bank.
The new CI for the bank was well crafted and really graphical. So we based the print ad concept on the geometrical forms and the colour pallette we found in the CI and added other known forms from the financial world. This combined with strong typography resulted in a completely new style of bank advertising.
